The space is rounded off by a private patio and a porch opening onto the tropical garden, where nature takes centre stage. Built in brick in the Mediterranean style and protected with screens, it offers outdoor parking with security cameras 24 hours a day.
It is in Playa Chiquita, the calmest part of Puerto Viejo, a 5-minute walk along a natural path to the prettiest beach on the Caribbean coast. Restaurants, a shop and bikes are nearby, with easy access to Punta Uva, Cocles and Manzanillo.
